I correct those whom I love… March 8, 2025
It was brought to my attention of how I unkindly judged some situations and thus the hearts of the people involved. In response, I opened up the Bible to Ezekiel 28: 2 where the God of Justice sternly reprimanded me in my pride. I then implored God, the God of Mercy to show me what else I needed to see. He brought me to 1 Peter 5: 5-6,10. There, the God of Mercy and Love showed me how to correct myself. After confession and my penance, I sat down, prayed, and started writing...
“My son, My son! I chastise you out of My great love: I correct those whom I love. As a guilder works his tool over gold leaf, he looks for the wrinkles, the imperfections that remain and presses harder to work out the defects. A gemstone will never be polished until its roughness ceases, and its radiance discovered to reflect the light of the sun. Your soul is no different. Allow Me, the gardener, to tend the garden of your soul. When small weeds form, they are easy to pluck out, but once established and the roots are deep, more force is needed to in order to rid the garden of that weed. After admonition, My heart is always ever ready to hold you closely to My heart, where your tears of repentance are a source of joy to it, and I then caress the wound of correction and water and fertilize the beautiful fruit which was in danger of perishing. Indeed, satan is a sly serpent: his poisonous venom ever trying to corrupt good soil and to extinguish the virtues that are growing there. Now that I have your attention, ask Me daily to show you what needs correcting and I will help you. Continue saying: “I am nothing, You are My all”, and I once more give you that little phrase to say again and again in order to remind you how to subjugate your ego to that of surrender into My Divine Will: ‘Be still, be small, be mine’. Have My peace!”
