In the silence before the Blessed Sacrament, I sensed Jesus' hands cupped around me, lifting me up to his face and He breathed upon me...

“I give you the fragrance of My love to counter the putridness of the world as it sinks even lower. But I lift you higher. See My hands around you? Gaze deeply into My eyes: let the certainty of My love and protection be a welcome home for you. Take refuge from the world inside My tender heart. My hands, torn open to save the world, also saves you, protects you, and guides you. In Me, be refreshed. Then filled with My strength, go out and conquer for Me.”
