After morning Mass, contemplating in front of the Blessed Sacrament...

“Today, this day, let time stand still...

All heaven watched...all of creation waited...the stars shone in their glory. Then the Moment: the moment of Grace. All was quiet...the animals stopped their grazing...the shepherds stood in awe... and the Announcement of the Angels was made. Within the quiet, within the waiting, where the heart listens still, where the noise of the world is pushed away, where peace and the good of others are welcomed into hearts, and where humility reigns: there, there the message of the Angels is heard: not in your busyness, not in your noise, but in the stillness of your heart. Therein the message of Peace is shouted out with great joy. Therein, Peace is given out and received. Therein it grows and flowers into fruit which is given to the world to again, in hope, replace the noise and confusion of this world.

Be still... contemplate the gift of Myself. Be small... as the shepherds were, accepting in humility, great humility, the message of peace. Kneel in front of Innocence; kneel before God, made man. Contemplate fully this gift and allow time once more to stand still within the temple of your heart, in order to absorb fully the graces which I now give you. Live Me, reflect Me... be fully Mine. Peace be upon you!”
